Purchasing McDonald With UnionPay
Chinese McDonald's only accept 1 kind of credit card issuer. It's Union Pay. Especially at this machine, you might wonder why the only available option is only AliPay, WeChat, ApplePay and Credit Card with Union Pay symbol
If you travelling China, my only advice is bring your Union Pay Credit Card. Visa or Master Card are rarely accepted, even at McDonald's.
